Today we are going to look at adding the widget to our squarespace website! Here will be the ending result of what our button will look like:

Step 1:

Navigate to the page you are looking to add the widget too. Hover over a section to add a new block as such:

You should search for the Embed option in the list of selectables.

This should pop up a window that looks like this:

Make sure to select the </> button to paste in the full code. Next, navigate to your 4giving campaign page and search for the < > button directly below the donate button.

For this example we are going to select Button as it can be easier to configure in a squarespace site! Select the "Button" option and you should see something like this:

From here, you can customize the button label and color in the advanced options. Let's go ahead and do that!

Lastly, click on the "Get Code" button to reveal the code snippet you will copy paste into your website.

Click the Copy to Code button which will copy the contents of the box into your clipboard.

Head back to your Squarespace site and paste the data into the window you exposed.

Save your changes and your button should be rendering! You can now accept donations on your website.
