Here are the steps:
1: Have the individual who you wish to also be an admin create a 4giving account by going to 4giving.com then clicking on 'Sign In' in the top right corner.
2: This will bring them to the login page, in the top right corner there is a button that says "Create Account"
After creating their account, just let the 4giving Team know the user you would like to have added to your account. You can alert us via the support button that usually hangs out in the lower right corner of the screen:

Now, start a fundraising campaign, knowing that you can easily add a new administrator!
